8月2日，鞭牛士发现，近日有网友发布图片显示，购买华为pura 80 pro产品时，还要在知情同意书签字。
知情同意书内容如下：
本人自愿购买华为原生态鸿蒙操作系统产品（华为 pura 80 pro 黑），店员已经告知鸿蒙系统使用或有不便，部分软件开发有缺陷不全，等待软件商适配，我已经知晓，产品无质量问题，不追究责任。
今年3月，也有网友爆料称，购买华为折叠手机时，也要先在告知书上签字。
7月底，有网友针对此事评论称：“就是告知你功能还不全，你自己考虑清楚再买，怕的就是你买完再找人家。”
